Please read these terms and the coverage information before purchasing a digital publication.

1. The seller and these terms

These terms govern purchases and use of digital publications sold through this store by NFT Games LLC, 2121 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Suite 1050, Coral Gables, FL 33134, United States. By placing an order, you agree to the version presented at checkout. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or have an authorized adult make the purchase.

2. What you are purchasing

The products are three downloadable educational packages. Basic Ebook contains the 109-page main ebook in PDF and EPUB, a coverage sheet, and reading instructions. Ebook + Worksheets adds the 18-page fillable workbook with 16 worksheets. Complete Package includes everything in Ebook + Worksheets, the 12-page collection of ten listicles, and a quick-start guide. Product descriptions identify the files included in each tier.

No physical book, visa, government fee, application submission, representation, or personalized immigration advice is included. We are an independent publisher and are not affiliated with or endorsed by a visa-issuing government. Purchase does not guarantee visa approval, boarding, or admission.

3. Exact coverage and limitations

Edition 1.0 covers ordinary passports from the United States, UK British citizens, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, each paired with India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Egypt, Tanzania, Uganda, Azerbaijan, and Saudi Arabia: 50 selected combinations.

The focus is short tourist visits by people applying from outside their destination. Other passport markets, special travel documents, other British nationality categories, unlisted destinations, work, study, residence, citizenship, immigration, and individualized admissibility assessments are outside the edition. Transit countries outside the ten destinations need separate research.

Coverage does not establish that a traveler needs or qualifies for an eVisa. Exemptions, personal circumstances, and current official rules may lead to a different route. Review the coverage sheet before buying.

4. Dated information

Edition 1.0 was researched on September 21, 2026. Fees, nationality rules, accepted borders, processing practices, and entry requirements can change. Official source links support rechecking; they are not a promise that a page or rule will remain unchanged. Always check the issuing authority's current instructions before applying and before travel. The permission actually granted and official decisions control.

This purchase does not promise future editions, lifetime updates, or individual application support. Illustrative examples do not determine an individual's eligibility.

5. Prices, payment, and orders

When products are available to buy, prices and currency are shown before checkout. Applicable tax and the final total are displayed before you confirm payment. No subscription or recurring payment is created by these purchases. Government visa charges are separate.

Payment is processed by the payment provider named at checkout. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and download access is made available. If checkout is marked unavailable, no purchase can be completed through the site. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, a technical error, or a legal requirement, with a refund of any payment taken for an undelivered canceled order where applicable.

6. Delivery and compatibility

When purchases open, the checkout confirmation will explain how to access your purchased files. Save your order reference and download your files promptly. Contact us if delivery fails. Keep download links private.

You need a device and compatible PDF or EPUB reader. Fillable worksheets require a PDF reader that supports AcroForm fields; some browser or mobile previews do not preserve entries. Test a saved copy or print the worksheets. An EPUB adjusts to the reader's screen, so its screen count differs from the PDF's printed page numbers.

7. Permission to use the publications

A purchase grants you a nonexclusive license to download, read, and print the purchased publications for your personal travel planning. You may complete worksheets for your own household's trip. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly upload, redistribute the files, or remove ownership notices without our written permission, except where applicable law allows.

Linked official websites and third-party materials remain subject to their own terms. The storefront's purchaser license does not give you rights in government content or permission to use a government logo.

8. Download problems, cancellations, and refunds

If a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from the description, or charged twice, contact customer support with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund consistent with the circumstances and applicable law.

Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights you have under consumer law remain available. These terms do not request a waiver of statutory withdrawal rights. A refund, where due, is normally returned through the original payment method, subject to the provider's processing time.

9. Your responsibilities and our responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your visa application, the documents you submit, and checking that your travel fits current official conditions. Use the products as planning resources. Do not rely on them as a substitute for a government decision or advice about a particular legal problem.

We aim to describe and deliver our products accurately. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that every third-party rule remains current or that using a publication will achieve a particular travel outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies that applicable law requires.

10. Support, privacy, and website use

Support covers our products, file access, orders, and privacy requests. We cannot make visa decisions or communicate with immigration authorities on your behalf. Do not submit sensitive passport, health, or payment-card records through the support form. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, bypass payment checks, interfere with service, or submit fraudulent or abusive requests.

11. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by Florida law to the extent permitted by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they live. Nothing here requires arbitration or prevents you from bringing a claim in a forum that applicable law makes available.

We may revise these terms for future orders. The terms accepted with your order govern that purchase unless an applicable law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
